Yes. All links on your profile are 'dofollow' links. This means that they have search engine value and can help your own website rank higher on Google and other search engines.

Can I choose link anchor text?

Yes. To choose link anchor text, add deep links from your profile to your website.

Note that anchor text is optional. If you leave the anchor text field empty, we'll simply use the URL as the link anchor text.

How many deep links can I add?

You can add up to 10 deep links to your website from your profile.

RSS feed syndication

What is RSS feed syndication?

RSS feed syndication allows you to share content from your website or blog with others.

To get started, add a link to your RSS feed from your profile. This will showcase the latest posts from your blog or website directly on your profile page.

How can RSS feed syndication help me?

RSS feed syndication can do 2 things for you:

First, it helps others discover content you create.
Second, it can help your content rank higher in search engine results because we link to it directlty from your profile. The more people link to your website, the higher you are likely to rank in search engine results. This means more traffic to your website and ultimately more business.

Can RSS feed syndication create duplicate content?

No, you need not have any concerns. We show excerpts from your posts rather than entire posts. And only show the last 5 posts. In addition, we use 'dofollow' links that point search engines towards your website and can help your own content rank higher in search engine results.

What feed formats do you accept?

We accept XML, RSS or Atom feeds. Enter the link to your feed on your profile page.

I have a Wordpress blog. Where is my RSS feed?

If your blog address is http://www.example.com/blog/, your feed should be accessible from http://www.example.com/blog/feed/. Test the link to your feed in your browser first before adding it to your profile to make sure it works.

How long is the review process?

We'll review your submission within 2 business days or less, and get back to you email.

Can I submit my business if I don't have a website?

You can list your business in our directory even if you don't have a website. In fact, some businesses use their profile on SpeakToAFinancialAdvisor.com as their website because it mobile-optimized and comes with lead generation tools.

Can I submit my business if my website is under construction?

Yes. However, we will remove the link to your website from your profile. We cannot accept links to websites that are either down or under construction for security reasons.

Payments and refunds

Is it free to list my business?

Yes, you can create a free-for-life mobile website for your business in minutes. The websites shows important information about your business such as as your company name, location, practice areas and contact details.

However, our free plan comes without lead generation tools or SEO features. You'll need to upgrade your membership to our Platinum or Pro plan to unlock those features.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Our Platinum and Pro plans are rolling subscriptions with no long term commitments. You can cancel at any time without penalties or hidden charges. If you cancel, we'll never charge your card again.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

Absolutely. We accept all major credit and debit cards such as AMEX, MasterCard and Visa.

Do you accept PayPal?

Absolutely, we accept PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund any monies paid immediately if we cannot accept your business in our directory. Otherwise, monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable between listings.

Managing your membership

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with the click of a button. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.

How to end my subscription?

You can end your subscription at any time. Click 'End subscription' on the 'Subscription details' page for the change to take effect. Your account will be downgraded immediately. Please note that amounts already paid are non refundable.

How can I stop customer enquiries?

To stop receiving customer enquiries, sign-in to your account and edit your profile. Head to the section titled 'How our users can contact your business' and adjust your contact preferences there. For example, you could choose to hide your business phone number, email address or lead generation form.

How can I close my account?

First sign-in to your account and click 'Close my account' after that.

Closing your account will permanently remove all your records from our systems.
